Tinalas Home Health Care LLC is seeking experienced, compassionate, and professional Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to join our growing care team serving clients throughout Orange County.
We are committed to providing compassionate, professional, and reliable in-home support services that promote dignity, independence, comfort, and quality of life for seniors and individuals requiring assistance in the home setting.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) will provide non-medical personal care and supportive services to clients in their homes under individualized client service plans and company policies.
This position requires professionalism, compassion, dependability, and a strong commitment to client safety and well-being.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene assistance
• Mobility, transfer, and ambulation support
• Meal preparation and feeding assistance
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping and laundry assistance
• Companion care and emotional support
• Dementia and memory care supervision
• Transportation assistance and errands
• Wellness and safety monitoring
• Documentation of services provided
• Reporting changes in client condition to supervisors
QUALIFICATIONS
• Active Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification
• Current CPR / First Aid certification
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (if transporting clients)
• Experience with seniors, dementia care, or disability support preferred
• Ability to pass Live Scan background screening and employment verification
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
• Government-issued photo identification
• CHHA certification
• CPR / First Aid certification
• TB screening/clearance
• Driver’s license & proof of insurance (if applicable)
• Professional references
• Background screening clearance
PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS
• Live Scan fingerprint/background screening
• Drug and alcohol testing
• Employment verification
• TB screening/health clearance
• Orientation and compliance training
