This is a woman that I performed breast implant removal on (both breasts), while at the same time, performing a breast lift (mastopexies) to remove the excess skin and re-shape the breast WITHOUT a new implant.
She simply wanted a more natural look and she did not want to have implants anymore. It is important to not only notice the natural shape that I was able to achieve, but that I was also able to maintain enough fullness in the breast without fat transfer.
The scars are almost imperceptible/invisible. It is important to notice that the shape is aesthetically very natural from all three views.
Additionally, from the front view, there is no evidence of a “boxy” result, one that commonly can happen if not technically performed correctly.
This is one of the most common procedures that I perform other than facelift/necklifts and eyelid procedures. There is an extremely high satisfaction rate with this procedure, if executed in an technically skilled manner.
