🦋This beautiful patient had stunning features, but the nose lacked definition through the tip and drew attention with bulbosity, asymmetry, and excess nostril show. From the profile, the bridge overpowered the tip structure, creating imbalance throughout the nose.

💎With septorhinoplasty, the goal was not to create an exaggerated “tiny” nose — it was to sculpt a softer, more refined shape that flowed naturally with her face. 💫

🧑🏻‍⚕️By reducing the bridge, supporting and defining the tip, smoothing the curvature, and improving nostril symmetry, the nose now feels delicate, feminine, and proportional from every angle. ‼️This was not a cosmetic surgery—it was reconstruction after a devastating facial injury‼️

🦋After falling down a staircase, this patient struck the right side of her nose against the edge of a wooden stair, causing a severe nasal fracture. The trauma shifted her nose and nostrils to one side, creating noticeable asymmetry and interfering with her ability to breathe properly.👃🏻

🧑🏻‍⚕️During surgery, Dr. Sepehr performed a nasal fracture reduction and septal fracture reduction to restore the structure of her nose, improve her airway, and bring the nostrils back into better alignment🦋

💙In the after footage, you can see the dramatic improvement: her nostrils are once again symmetrical, her nose is centered, and her breathing has been restored.🧘🏼‍♀️

💎More than one year after her revision rhinoplasty, this lovely patient is thrilled with her results.🥳💎

🦋Her previous rhinoplasty left the nose looking somewhat long and heavy, with a drooping tip and less-than-ideal balance between the bridge and tip. During her revision, Dr. Sepehr refined the bridge, improved tip support and position, and created a softer, more harmonious profile 🧑🏻‍⚕️

💙Although the changes are significant, the result still looks completely natural and true to her features. A high-level rhinoplasty should not make the face look operated on—it should elevate the surrounding features and bring the entire face into better balance. ✨
