I've never done a dead hang and timed myself. This wasn't too hard. I think I can go up 60 seconds! What are the benefits ?
My top 3 are
1. Increased GRIP strength = increased LONGEVITY!
2. Spinal decompression = feels good to destress the discs!
3. Challenges - forearm, back AND core muscles !
How LONG can you hang?
