Not everything needs to be figured out. Some things just need to be felt.

There’s a reason we return to the mat. Not to perfect a pose or quiet every thought, but to create a little more space between the noise and ourselves.

Yoga asks us to pay attention, to the breath, the body, the moments we usually move through without noticing.
