This week we tried to beat the heat 🥵 and kept it cool 🥶. Our members decided they wanted to go swimming so that is exactly what we did!☺️

Not only is swimming good exercise, it is therapeutic! This community activity even allowed one of our members, that is an advanced swimmer, an opportunity to help his peer🌟

At AuhVee Behavioral Health we believe in removing barriers and providing person-centered support💞

Earlier this week some of our members had an opportunity to participate in a silent disco party at Buckroe Beach 🏖️

They had a blast 💥 listening to music 🎶, singing, dancing, making friends and enjoying the beautiful weather!

Lights, camera & popcorn 🍿 💫

Last Thursday evening, these members decided they would like to go see and listen to the Spider-Man movie 🎥 so that’s exactly what they did! From the smiles on their faces I think they enjoyed it😁
