Every new baby is a reminder of the joy, hope, and possibility that comes with a new beginning. 💚

We're excited to celebrate Winter, the 2,026th baby born at Riverside Regional Medical Center - Peninsula in 2026. Born on August 22 at 4:51 p.m., he weighed 8 pounds, 6 ounces and measured 21 inches long. Both mom and baby are doing beautifully.

Congratulations to Winter's family and thank you to our incredible Women & Infant Care team at RRMC for helping welcome more than 2,000 babies into the world this year with expert care, compassion, and support.

🎒 Back-to-school is almost here! Is HPV prevention on your child’s health and wellness checklist? 🩺✨

The HPV vaccine is recommended for both boys and girls, starting as young as age 9. HPV is a common virus that can cause several types of cancer later in life, including cervical cancer, head and neck cancers, and other HPV-related diseases.
