Anyone I know has heard me espousing the benefits and wonders of Muira Puama for months. I'd sampled it during my GNC days but misremembered it all these years as Mucuna Puriens- another potent Amazonian herb. Some "disciples" and I have tried several brands, powder, capsules, shredded bark but is the most potent thus far. I dare anyone to open three and mix into their hot cup of coffee!
