The hill we will die on: foundational habits come BEFORE any fat loss strategy.
(before macro counting, or a deficit, or a specific workout plan…. Or even a drug 👀)
Your body needs a strong FOUNDATION first — the sleep, the blood sugar balance, the gut health, the nervous system support *etc*— before it will ever feel SAFE ENOUGH to let go of fat and actually change.
Skip this step and even the best fat loss strategies won’t do diddly squat!!!!!
