The biggest mistake I see mountain bikers make in season?

Adding random HIIT workouts when they’re already getting plenty of intensity on the trail.

Strength training should help you:

✔ Ride longer without fading
✔ Produce more power on climbs
✔ Feel stronger on descents
✔ Recover better between rides

Train to support your riding, not compete with it.

You love it or you hate it.
I’ve been a fan for a few years now, but have seen WAY too many people get injured from it.

I designed Pickleball Powerhouse to get pickle 🥒 lovers of all ages stronger and more mobile on and off the court. This helps not only improve their game, but can help reduce that risk of injury.

The first installment of Pickleball Powerhouse just wrapped up today and it was a blast!
Seeing these ladies master some new movements and become more comfortable on their feet was exactly what I had in mind.
Look for more rounds of this throughout the summer 💪🏻

As much as I focus on the strength training and mobility, the main goal is always to get outside and have fun.
Time spent in the gym, in your basement, or in your garage is meant to accent your passions and hobbies, not get in their way.

First week done for my small group, in person training.

is built to increase agility and power on the court as well as reducing risk for injury.

In the physical therapy clinic we have seen a big increase in pickleball injuries over the last few years so it’s time to nip that in the bud.

What are they and how are they helpful?
Well…to be honest that’s a bit of a longer discussion.
But for the purpose of this clip, it’s a great way to workout two different muscle groups which cuts down on rest time and can be a big time saver…

That is of course if you’re not also editing a reel while working out 🤪
