Some changes are easier to notice after you leave.

A client once paused halfway to the door, turned around, and said,

“I didn’t know walking could feel this quiet.”

The goal isn’t always to make movement look different.

Sometimes, it’s simply that moving requires less effort.

Happy Independence Day. 🇺🇸

Ten years ago.
A folding table, flowers, a banner, and a lot of curiosity.

I didn’t know exactly what this work would become yet.
Just that I wanted to help people feel more at home in their bodies.

Still the same intention.
Just quieter now.
