Dana here 👋🏻 Come with me to check out the new Inner Vision Pilates + Wellness space in Fort Thomas, Ky.

Inner Vision first opened in 2023 and recently moved into a brand new space in the heart of Fort Thomas. I popped in for a reformer class + a little studio tour, and there’s a lot happening here 👀

Think:
✨ group reformer Pilates
🔥 heated mat Pilates + strength
🤍 private reformer + Cadillac sessions
🛍️ a curated boutique with activewear, everyday pieces + wellness finds

If you’re new to Inner Vision, they make it pretty easy to figure out where to start. Their New Client Special is 3 classes for $60, and if reformer is new to you, BEGIN or PAUSE are the classes to look for. They also offer a $10 Fundamentals class on Saturdays if you want an intro before jumping into the regular schedule.

And if mat Pilates is more your speed, you’ve got options there too. DRIP is their signature heated strength + Pilates class, taught in 92° infrared heat with heavier weights, while Classical Mat is a warm, more traditional Pilates class.

Whether you’re looking for group Pilates, one-on-one training, a good sweat, or just want to stop in and shop, there’s a lot to check out in the new space.

Now the real question: what are you trying first? 👀
