11 Strong, a FEMALE ONLY strength class at is back on Friday June 5 at 4:30pm! The last class was soooooo good 🔥

Led by , this class focuses on explosive, strength based movements to help build physical strength, instill confidence to lift heavy, and help you feel comfortable in the weight room 💪

Class is free for all members, and is just $11 for the community to drop in. Sign up soon, the last class was packed!

Join us at Ault Park for a morning of movement, coffee, and community! Whether you want to walk, jog, or run, this is your reminder that movement doesn’t have to be intense to be meaningful.

We’ll have both 2-mile and 4-mile options, plus cold brew from Bru Brothers after ☕️
