We have decided to cancel our last class of the season, which we were holding at First Beach in Newport. Thank you all for an incredible first season on Aquidneck Island. Our next community events will be wellness seminars, details forthcoming. We started this on the East Bay last year. Just want till you see what we have in store for you!

Hey peeps! I have two potential job opportunities to share - both on the East Bay at East Bay Office Park on the Wampanoag Trail in Riverside.

First is a law firm business neighbor of Jeff. Louise Herman Law is looking for FT or near FT office assistant - any level of prior professional experience, even a professional retiree or professional parent who can do 32 plus hours/week considered. [email protected]

Other position PT, ideally 4 plus hours/day 4 days/week similar experience is working for Jeff - so if you like taking his class, imagine working for him! Position includes functioning as a personal/executive assistant. Jeff is one of the areas most longstanding independent financial professionals - he operates as an independent Fiduciary Financial Advisor as Brown Advisory Group.

Warren and Newport, we heard you! Jessica returns for a special 5:30 class Wednesday and our program founder Jeff is back on Newport Beach Thursday, also for 5:30.

And soon, wellness on the water turns truly to wellness inside - cutting edge community info where experts will cover Pelvic Floor Pain, Functional Medicine, Anxiety & Panic Attacks, Yoga off the Mat, Direct/Concierge Primary Care, Essential Herbs for Healing, Inflamation & Diet and even Behavioral Finance.

We'll be inside at various venues from Riverside to Aquidneck Island. We tentatively have six wellness professionals with an average of over 30 years in their respective fields!

After last week's unfortunate weather, we couldn't help but to make it up to you all!

Alert: Due to the high winds today and expected storm this weekend, we are cancelling tonight's 5:45 PM class at First Beach in Newport. We will likely have to cancel Sunday's class as well!

While this marks the end of our first season on Aquidneck Island, we’d like to share that our three main instructors on the Island, Lisa, Jessica and Jeff, couldn’t have felt more welcome in carrying out our objective of bringing people together to practice a little self-care with us. You Newport and Portsmouth peeps are awesome!

Soon, we’ll sharing a collection of photos we’ve gathered over the course of the summer. And, we’ll be sharing info on the wellness part of our program that begins this fall INSIDE at a number of local fitness and wellness venues from Riverside to Newport!

Free seminars and gathering will cover a range of hot topics in wellness – everything from tools to reduce stress off the mat to functional medicine, concierge care as an alternative to having a traditional P*P provider and many, many more topics.
