Garlic confit tomatoes over a spread of ricotta and grilled artisanal homemade bread (bread credz: )
Directions: find coworker to make you some yummy bread.
Next roast tomatoes and garlic cloves in a generous amount of olive oil with salt, pepper and some red pepper flakes for some spice.
Then grill your bread with a little butter, spread on some ricotta, and top with your tomato confit and enjoy!
