Today, we welcomed Taylor Woods from WCPO to Faith Community Health Network. She visited to share the story behind the opening of our new free clinic and the impact it will have on individuals and families who face barriers to accessing healthcare.

Access to quality healthcare remains a challenge for many in our community. Our clinic is designed to help bridge that gap by providing compassionate medical care, support, and hope to those who need it most.

Living with diabetes or pre-diabetes can be challenging, especially when healthy food and diabetes education feel out of reach. That's why we're partnering with Be Concerned and Northern Kentucky University to offer a FREE 6-week Diabetes Food & Training Program designed to help you take control of your health.

Who is eligible?
✔ Kentucky resident
✔ Diagnosed with diabetes or pre-diabetes
✔ Unable to afford diabetes education classes and/or disease-specific food
✔ Low-income household

The Distinguished Young Pharmacist Award recognizes an active KPhA member who has been licensed to practice pharmacy for nine years or less. Recipients are selected based on their demonstrated involvement in a national pharmacy association, professional programs, and community service.
