We are thrilled to welcome Dagmar to our team.

Born and raised in Florida, Puerto Rico, Dagmar is a proud wife and mother to an amazing 17-year-old son. She holds a BA in Business Management with a minor in Hotel and Restaurant Management and brings experience in both the government and private sectors, including more than seven years at the island’s only bilingual library. After relocating to Kentucky in 2017, she made the decision to pursue “what I loved instead of what I’m good at,” beginning a nearly 10-year journey with the Kenton County Public Library.

During her time at KCPL, Dagmar witnessed firsthand the barriers many Hispanic and Latino families face and became passionate about advocating for greater access to essential services. She joined Faith Community Health Network because she believes healthcare should be a right, not a privilege. Her mission is to help break down barriers and connect individuals and families with the care, resources, and support they need to thrive.

A big thank you to the students from St. Henry High School who recently volunteered their time at Faith Community Pharmacy!

Every medication sorted helps our team move one step closer to filling a prescription for a neighbor who may otherwise struggle to afford it.

We are so grateful to these students for giving their time, lending a hand and being part of our mission to make medications more accessible throughout our community. Thank you, Crusaders!

Next Monday is the last Diabetes Food as Medicine class for this cohort. This class, in partnership with Northern Kentucky University and Be Concerned Food Pantry, provides low income diabetics or pre-diabetics with a six week course on how food and other items impact diabetes, as well as hands on meal prep, free disease specific food, A1C tests and other supports. It is truly life changing. Thank you to Baxter International Inc. and Direct Relief for funding this initiative. Be on the look out for another class opening in the Fall.

It was a truly incredible day at Faith Community Health Network as we cut the ribbon to officially open Faith Community Clinic. A huge thank you to all our partners, supporters, donors, staff, volunteers, and board of directors who made this monumental task possible. We are excited to provide 100% free primary care services to any uninsured individuals in Northern Kentucky who have no where else to turn.

A huge shout-out to our amazing volunteers from 7 Hills Church who spent the day with us yesterday helping remodel several of our office spaces!

Their hard work, generosity, and willingness to give back are making a real difference as we continue to grow. We are incredibly grateful for their support and dedication to our mission.
