Also, don’t forget about Pilates Friday morning at Lamb Fitness in Dundee and Friday afternoon yoga this Friday at Crystal’s by Kellie in Monroe. Friday morning Pilates anyone? Don’t forget this Friday at 9:00am Spirit Wolf Apothecary will be hosting a Pilates class at Lamb Fitness in Dundee, MI. Mats, blocks and weights are provided. However, if you’d like to bring your own blocks and a mat or even bands this is absolutely fine and welcomed 🙂. Classes are $15 per person. You can reserve your spots ahead contact on social media or by phone with me or visit lambfitness.com to book your session now. 1:1 and other movement classes available by request. Happy sunshine beautiful souls 🌻☀️🌻 I hope everyone is having a great start to their week. I am just stopping by to remind every one of Hatha-Vinyasa yoga Friday afternoon from 2:30-5:30 at Crystals by Kellie in Monroe, MI. Classes are $10 a person and class size never exceeds 4 people, so please reserve your spots ahead of time to ensure no one makes an info trip when they wanted a yoga release. 🙂😊 Mats and other equipment are provided but as always you may bring your own. All levels are welcome. Classes will be every hour starting at 2:30, 3:30 and 4:30. If Friday afternoons do not work for you contact me and we can work out a different time or day or both 😉☺️. For those that want 1:1 attention come in for an initial info/assessment to taylor services to your individual needs🌻🌻. For any questions and to reserve your spots ahead contact me via social media or by phone/text.
