At this stage you are in meditative yoga 🧘🏾‍♀️ 😁 allowing you to clear the mind and focus on the inner self as well as be hyper aware of our body, how it moves and what moves when.

It’s almost time for the fall on the mat 2026 activities to help motivate us to stay active during the winter months in order to try to combat some of that seasonal depression. Events will start on October 1st, 2026. The format and scheduled events will also be posted at the end of September. The question is would you like a pre-fall in the mat warm up a week or two before? Or is everyone cool with jumping right in. Remember it’s never too early to begin your journey. 🌻🫶🏽

One of the best early morning stretches you can do. This not only opens the chest area but almost immediately helps all the chakra centers reset and realign. That’s why when we do that big yawn leaning back in our chair we feel almost instant rejuvenation without having to do jumping gm jacks or push ups 😉. Happy sunshine friends!! I am just putting up a reminder about services. I am offering personal training at Crunch Fitness in the form of weight training, HIIT, calisthenics, yoga and even movement/dance cardio sessions for overall health and wellness. To participate please visit Crunch Fitness in Dearborn and sign up for Personal Training with Dani 😊. Personal training sessions are 30 or 60 minutes depending on what your aim is and I tailor everything to your fitness level as well as lifestyle. 🌻🌻

Also Spirit Wolf Apothecary LLC and Light-seed Wellness Co. are still up and running for those that want private sessions for yoga therapy and integrative yoga. Online sessions are available via zoom. For information on how to sign up for online classes please contact me.

$30 dollars a session for yoga with packages starting at packages at 100 a month for four classes if paid in full.

For actual yoga therapy $45 per session and $145 a month for four sessions if paid in full.

Sessions are 40 minutes for regular yoga and 50 for yoga therapy.

Sunshine and Salutations Beautiful Souls!!! Remember that evening yoga is happening at Lamb Fitness in Dundee tomorrow (Thursday) evening from 6:30-7:30. Mats and blocks are provided but as always you may bring your own. Come join us to stretch into a weekend of zen and relaxation. We will start out with a little easy tai chi warm up and move into our asana progressions using a mixture of Hatha and Yin so we are still getting a workout with that somatic titration we get from yin yoga 😉.
