DON’T JUDGE I am having a bad skin day over here, but I wanted to take the opportunity to show the difference 15 minutes in front of the red light panel makes.
Left is immediately before and right is immediately after I sat in front of the panel for just 15 min.

It’s subtle, but I think you can tell the after photo on the right has a lot less redness and inflammation to those blemishes.

Now if anyone needs me, I’ll be busy taking the w**d whacker to those nose hairs of which I am now *abundantly aware.*
