Most fitness classes are designed once, then applied to everyone who walks in. The Figurella Method is designed around you, specifically.
Every program starts with a body composition assessment β not a guess. From there, we factor in things like hormonal stage, muscle-to-fat ratio, and metabolic response, because women's bodies don't respond to exercise the way men's do. Cardio, strength training, and recovery all hit differently depending on hormones, age, and composition. A generic class can't account for that. A method built specifically for women's physiology can.
That's the real difference: a class is something you attend. A method is something calibrated to work with your body, session by session.
If "everything" hasn't worked yet, it's worth asking whether the program was ever designed for you in the first place.
