Birth is a BIG transition — even when everything goes beautifully. 🤎

No matter how peaceful, intentional, or uncomplicated a birth may be, your baby’s body still goes through an incredible physical process as they enter the world.

That’s one of the reasons we love checking newborns early. 👶🏼✨

Things like a strong preference to turn their head one way, difficulty settling, feeding or latch challenges, or disrupted sleep can be signs that baby is still adapting after birth.

At Embrace, our goal is to simply look at how your little one’s nervous system is functioning and adapting to life outside the womb — and support them through that transition. 🤍
