Left: Activated Earth
You are being called to connect with the Earth and honor the known and unknown keepers or nature spirits of the land around you. Perhaps try standing barefoot upon a patch of grass and breathing deeply and calmly for a few minutes, allowing yourself to feel where you are intuitively being led.

Middle: Baby Steps
You’re being encouraged to start small, to put one foot in front of the other, to do one thing every day, and to break things down into achievable tasks. You don’t need to have everything figured out right now, one baby step is enough.

Right: Child of the Cosmos
You’re being called to remember the intelligence that is within you. To connect back within yourself to find the answers you seek, they are not out there they are already within you.

Here they are!

Left: Emotional Energy
Shooting the emotional messengers for containing news that you do not like or want is as effective as shooting yourself in the foot over the need for a pair of shoes. The job of emotions is to help you navigate your way safely and successfully through life. Listen to what your emotions are trying to tell you and let them guide you.

Middle: Wishful Expectations
Sometimes we get so attached to how we want things to be that we shut our eyes to how they are. Try looking for any unaligned thoughts, words or actions that are keeping you stuck. Journal what comes up for you while lovingly acknowledging if you have been in denial over any unwanted area, compulsion, or person in your life. Release the expectation of how things should come to you, it is possible to genuinely and self-lovingly progress in your desired direction by alternate means. It is ok if some form of external help or support is needed to do things differently and in a way that maintains your integrity.

Right: Metamorphosis
Let go of what is letting go of you. Allow the tide of time to take what it wants back into the ocean of life and release new treasures upon your shore. Always ask yourself: What is in my power to choose right now? What choice do I want to make here and why? Is this decision ultimately from a place of self-love? If you’re not sure, ask yourself: Is the choice aligned with my true values?
