We’ve being going through a lot of change and growth lately and are thrilled to welcome Dr. Lucas Brace to the team! Originally from Chicago, he has spent the past few years practicing out in Boston. He now brings his clinical expertise to the Niles and Southwestern Michigan community.

When he isn’t in the clinic, he remains dedicated to health and fitness through hypertrophy-focused strength training and swimming 💪🏻

A new chapter starts 5.18.26

We have officially out grown our starting facility we’ve happily called home with for the past three years. To accommodate this growth and better serve the community we will officially be moving to our new location within the next two weeks!

Using the assistance of new technology we are treating this patient’s trigger finger. We have his hand immersed in a warm water bath, where we are combining DC current electricity and water to significantly decrease symptoms of pain while aggressively stretching the tendons of his finger flexors.

Without the sensory distraction the patient would not be able to tolerate the aggressive stretching required for trigger finger. ➡️You can also note the increased blood flow and tissue quality improvement compared to his other hand.
