For any minor (under 18) getting a procedure we will need a birth certificate for the minor along with their parent or legal guardian listed present to sign as well as their valid government issued photo ID and photo ID of minor. For every procedure we need the clients valid government issued photo ID, every time. Examples would be valid state ID, valid Drivers license or permit, valid passport, valid military ID *as long as photo, birth date/year and address are listed on it*

BURGERS N BOWS- smashburger food truck!

A taco truck would be cool and maybe a beverage type vendor would be sweet to add into the list so please reach out if you are interested!
