Why I no longer offering 30 minute or 60 minute massage therapy sessions.

Your time is valuable!

You and I have lives outside of my treatment room and you shouldn't get up from your session all relaxed and then look at the clock, panic and have to run out the door frazzled.

You are here to relax, unwind and get those knots out.

In honor of you, I have upgraded your sessions from 30 minutes to 45 and instead of 60, you get 75 and 90 minutes is still 90 minutes.

As always FREE red light therapy with every massage session and im still doing the warm towel under your neck at the end.

Our hearts are with everyone in our community who has been affected by the recent wildfires. Many families have lost their homes and are starting over with only what they were able to carry.

We’re collecting donations to help provide comfort and everyday essentials.

As a licensed massage therapist of over 15 years I've seen time and time again, people fighting what their body NEEDS.

STRESS MANAGEMENT

In a world where we are constantly being told this, that and the other. The stress to buy more things to help decrease stress. Its an endless cycle of being overstimulated by things that "may" help or they may be snake oil.

We don't need more things.
We don't need more supplements ( Especially the synthetically derived ones). Although, some beef organ supplements and some vitamin D and E may be beneficial.

We just need to relax, unwind and leave those worries in the trash where they belong.
