Why should you learn Reiki?

Reiki is a gentle yet powerful practice that helps you reconnect with yourself, protect your energy, and create more calm, balance, and intention in daily life. You can use it for self-care, to support loved ones, and as a grounding tool when life feels overwhelming—no prior energy work experience or meditation practice required.

In this two-day training, you’ll receive both Reiki I and Reiki II attunements, learn how to work with Reiki for yourself and others, and leave with practical tools you can return to again and again.
