We know life happens, and emergencies are unavoidable. If something unexpected comes up, just let us know as soon as you can. Giving us notice allows us to offer your appointment to another client who may be waiting to get in.

If it’s a true emergency, we’re always happy to waive any fees and help you reschedule. Our scheduling policies are simply in place to protect the time our providers set aside for each guest.
