Allergy season is still among us and stinging nettle is still growing. Right now I’ve been harvesting what I can for tinctures. Soon, you’ll have to wait til next spring. This is one amazing plant that’s known as a natural antihistamine. No drowsy side effects at all and a lot safer.

It’s also a very nutrient dense plant and when eaten (cooked to avoid the stings) has the following vitamins and nutrients:
