Today, we honor the life and legacy of Gloria Steinem.

A trailblazing journalist, activist, organizer, and voice for equality who helped change the way generations understood gender, power, and justice.

For decades, Gloria challenged people to imagine a world where everyone had the freedom to live fully, speak boldly, and be treated with dignity. Her work reminded us that progress is never the work of one person or one movement, our struggles for equality are deeply connected.

Her passing marks the loss of an extraordinary voice, but not the end of the work she helped move forward. Every person who speaks up, organizes, advocates, and refuses to accept inequality carries a piece of that legacy with them.

From all of us at LGBT Life Center, we honor Gloria Steinem and the generations of changemakers she inspired. May we continue building a world where every person has the freedom to be seen, heard, respected, and equal.

Rest in power, Gloria. 🕊️
