We’re excited to have Dr. Mark Uhlir and Uhlir Chiropractic as part of the Norfolk Wellness Collective!

“More than just an adjustment” truly reflects the way Dr. Mark approaches patient care. He takes the time to treat each patient individually, educate them on their pain and their body, and ultimately help them move and feel better. From chiropractic and movement-based care to soft tissue work and shockwave therapy, his approach complements the other services within the Collective incredibly well.

We love having providers under one roof who share the same goal: helping people understand their bodies, move better, and live healthier.

Our studio is currently undergoing some exciting renovations that we’ve been eager to make since taking over the space in May!

Along with creating a larger, updated space, our vision has always been to continue expanding The Studio into a place that offers a wider variety of boutique-style fitness and wellness classes, with different instructors, different formats, and class times that work for a variety of schedules.

And to do that, we need more instructors!

This could be a great opportunity for students, those looking for additional income, current fitness and wellness professionals, or someone who has always been interested in becoming an instructor but hasn’t taken that next step yet.

Already certified? Great. Interested in teaching but need additional training or certifications? We’re willing to cover education and certification costs for the right fit!

We’re open to a variety of class styles and ideas, so if there’s something you’d love to bring to the Norfolk area, we’d love to hear about it.

Please share this with anyone who may be interested! Sometimes the perfect person just needs a little nudge to know there’s an opportunity waiting for them. 🤗

More than a fitness studio✨

People may ask, “Why The Studio?” The answer is simple.

We believe movement is one of the most powerful tools we have to improve our health.

That’s why The Studio was such a big reason we pursued the Norfolk Wellness Collective space starting back in May. It isn’t just a place to take a class. It’s part of a bigger vision. A vision where healthcare and wellness work together.

Inside Norfolk Wellness Collective, professionals from different backgrounds are coming together with one shared goal: helping people move better, feel stronger, recover well, and live healthier lives.

Whether that’s through:
• Physical therapy
• Performance training
• Chiropractic care
• Massage therapy
• Group fitness
• Recovery services
• Or the many ideas still in the works…

Everything is designed to complement one another.

We’re building a place where someone can recover from an injury, gain confidence through movement, continue getting stronger, and find a community that supports them every step of the way.

The Studio is one piece of that vision.

This space wasn’t built for today. It was built for what’s possible tomorrow. 💪🏼
