Today, we had the pleasure of hosting some of the team from Norman Strength & Conditioning onsite for some recovery work. They enjoyed NormaTec sessions and 1x1 assisted stretching, and we fueled the day with Rudy’s BBQ while the OU/UT game played in the background. 🍖🏈

Having their team here was a great reminder of why I bought the studio: to support other women-owned businesses, grow the fitness and wellness community in Oklahoma, and create a space where people feel welcome, strong, and taken care of.

Athletes and coaches who train hard deserve recovery that’s just as intentional. It was an honor to help the NSC team reset, recharge, and get ready for what’s next.
