Have you ever had intraoral work done? If not, this is your sign‼️
Also known as buccal massage, this work can be extremely beneficial for those with TMJD, those who grind their teeth at night, or if you’re human and deal with stress (yes, that includes you) 🤪😅
I have seen this work help with headaches & migraines, improve sleep, release neck and shoulder tension, and SO much more.
Every person I have done this work on has zero regrets and the results keep them coming back for more 👏🏼
I’m fully booked this week but check online for openings next week!

The perfect upgrade during your cycle 🦈

Who caught Shark Week 🦈 this past week?! We’re late to the party (shocker, we know 😜) but thought this would be a fun time to remind everyone of our upgrade!
🦈 Shark Week Massage upgrade includes:
🔴 Anti-nausea aromatherapy, if desired
🔴 Weighted heat pack to soothe cramps
🔴 Topical C*D application to abdomen and/or low back
🔴 Gentle abdominal massage to relieve pain and discomfort
If your next massage happens to fall during your period, just ask us for a Shark Week upgrade! We’d love to help make this week a little less miserable for you. 🙌
Schedule your self-care session with us👇
We can’t wait to see you! ✨
