🌲 Evening in the Woods

Join us on Friday, August 28 at 6:00 PM for a 2-hour Forest Therapy experience.

Enjoy a gentle 2.1-mile guided walk through the woods, with mindful pauses, simple breathwork, and a tea ceremony to wrap up the evening. 🍵

Suitable for all fitness levels and ages 5+.
