🌟 Congratulations to our Employee of the Quarter, Ezeal Asante! 🌟

If you ask Ezeal for help, chances are the answer will be, “Yes!” Ezeal is known throughout BFAIR for his incredible reliability and willingness to step up whenever his coworkers and the people we support need him—even when it means covering a shift, helping at another home, or coming in on an off day to assist with medication passes.

But Ezeal's impact goes far beyond simply being dependable. He treats everyone with dignity, patience, and respect, while encouraging the people we support to do as much as they can for themselves. His gentle approach, positive energy, and genuine care make a difference every day.

Ezeal also has an incredible attention to detail when administering medications, earning the trust and confidence of his colleagues.

She consistently goes above and beyond to make sure the people we support are engaged in meaningful activities, encouraged to grow, and given the support they need to build confidence and independence.

Bella’s genuine care and attentiveness make a lasting difference. Most recently, she has gone above and beyond to support an individual recovering from leg surgery, encouraging him each day as he works toward regaining his mobility and independence so he can participate in the family gatherings that mean so much to him. 💚

BFAIR Names Theresa Denette, MBA, as Chief Operating Officer

BFAIR announced today that Theresa Denette, MBA, has been named the organization's permanent Chief Operating Officer (COO), following her interim tenure in the role since earlier this year. The appointment reflects Denette's proven leadership and the confidence BFAIR's board and executive team have in her ability to guide the organization's operations going forward.

Betsy, one of our wonderful residents, and her sister Sally — whose generosity funds BFAIR’s Hart Family Fund for staff education and appreciation supporting the growth and advancement of our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) — recently enjoyed a neighborhood lemonade stand together.

Their visit was a perfect reminder that simple, summertime moments are made possible by dedicated DSPs and families who believe in our mission of providing quality, individualized care to people of all abilities.

What a loha-ly weekend! 🌺🌴

Our Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) homes celebrated with a fun-filled luau this past weekend, bringing everyone together for delicious food, great conversations, and plenty of smiles. From tropical treats to wonderful company, it was the perfect way to enjoy summer and create lasting memories.

Great food and great company—you really can't ask for more! 💙🌺
