Why is birth prep important?
Preparing for birth can help you feel empowered and confident going into your birth! We know that birth is mysterious and something we really can’t control but if we can prepare ourselves ahead of time, we can at least have a sense of security in all of the unknown.
Whether you’re having a home birth, birth center birth, or hospital birth, with or without an epidural, preparing can help your labor run smoothly and give you the tools to face when you are met with intensity.
