Good Morning!

Wow! It is already Labor Day weekend. The Great Minnesota Get Together is winding down. Did you make it this year? I did not. Maybe next year. Can't believe summer is over. At least I can still do Ren Fest and Viking Fest. Hopefully. That is the plan at least.

But for now, just a couple bits of news. One last cup is once again stocked. Almost. The Velvet Hammer is currently unavailable. Figures, that one is my favorite! The second bit is just a reminder that we will only be open until 1pm in Monday. So if you need any party supplies, (or just want to shop), come early!

Good Morning!

Can't believe it is already September! Which means this weekend is Labor Day weekend. Wow! Where has the time gone? We will be open in both locations until 1pm. Just in case you need things for your cook out. Or you prefer to shop in the peace and quiet.

We are currently waiting on the truck bringing you lots more options to shop from! We have been working hard to replace some brands/items that have become difficult to source. I think we have found some really nice options. Like our new line of organic matcha mixes. It is really fun when we can bring in local options like Fuku energy drinks and Buon Giorno pasta sauce. Come check them out!

Greetings!

How is your week going? Me? Not quite sure how it got to be Thursday already. On Tuesday , it was Wednesday. All day. And now it seems I have time traveled back to Tuesday again! Oh well, as long as I show up at the store in the morning, I eventually figure out what needs to be done that day!

Today, I would like to tell you about a new line of crackers we brought in. As you know, we love organics. Or at least clean, non-gmo. But as some of you already know, we tend to focus a lot of energy on special diet restrictions. Celiac is a real thing, and can cause a lot of problems for people. But sometimes that 'gluten sensitivity' doesn't have mean going entirely gluten free. Sometimes, the process of fermenting sourdough can break down the gluten enough for most people to tolerate it well. (But not for Celiac!)

Enter our new line of Unbothered crackers! They are made from real ingredients. Things you recognize and can pronounce. Said ingredients are then fermented and made into snack crackers! I was pleasantly surprised by how big the crackers are. Perfect for meat and cheese or dipping. We have three flavors - sea salt, rosemary, and cheddar & chive. Give them a try!

Greetings!

How was your weekend? Anything spectacular? Mine was pretty average. Couple good days at the stores, and then Sunday I got a bunch of stuff done at home, went out to lunch with my brother and my uncle. Nice, low-key.

Not much going on today. Just getting the produce order distributed. And waiting to find out when the new owners of the big freezer are coming to get it! Can't believe it is actually happening. Finally! So, just a heads up if you are shopping in Pine. All of the frozen as well as coffees, teas, and sweeteners are now located in the back room!

Happy Friday!

Well, at least some of the orders we have been waiting for have made it! Our sprouting seeds have been replenished. We now have alfalfa and spicy mix in addition to the beans. Good Time Health mushroom coffee is also fully stocked once again. And the Neuro Gum arrived! So, if you have been looking for a novel way to boost your B vitamins as well as caffeine and L-Theanine, here's your answer!

Keep your eyes peeled for changes in the layout of the Pine City store. Yup, it is really happening! Finally!

Greetings!

Knowledge is so important. I try to learn something new at least once a day. Today I watched a webinar put on by Better Being - formerly Nutraceuticals. It was about stress and the HPA Axis. But you know the biggest thing I learned? I am not a patient person! I am waiting on about 5 orders right now. I keep checking and rechecking my email to see if there is an update on delivery for any of them! Definitely need a distraction! Hence the webinar! (Actually, I watch them as often as possible).

One of the orders we are awaiting is NeuroGum. This was a direct customer request. (So if there is something you would like to see, let us know.) NeuroGum supports energy and focus through caffeine and L-theanine. We have three flavors coming. Hopefully by early next week it will be out on the shelves! If the gum goes well, they also make mints to support calm and to help with sleep. Let us know your thoughts!

Hello!

How is your week going? Things are going pretty good around here! Got a nice order in this morning. (Which is why this post is so late!) It was kind of bizarre putting in the prices. About half to 2/3 of the products stayed the same. Among the others, however, there were some drastic changes! The good news? Not all of them went up! Quite a few actually dropped quite a bit. Malted milk balls and graham crackers are two that come to mind right away. Of course, things could get a bit dicey with the tariffs going into effect today. I wish we could source everything domestically. Unfortunately that is not possible. If we have some items that become unattainable we will do our best to find suitable alternatives.

Hello!

Vacations are great, but coming home is nice too. And coming in on a Friday afternoon was perfect. Gave me a day and a half to get back into the swing of things, and then a day to relax. And now it is time to get back at it!

Should start seeing a lot of change in the Pine City store really soon! We found someone who can make use of our 3 door freezer. And is willing to take care of moving it. Once that is done, things will really open up!

In the meantime, we are expecting a substantial order on Wednesday, as well as a few smaller ones. That should help fill in some of holes on the shelves. Just in time for us to move everything to get the freezer on it way to a new home🤪.

Good Morning!

How was your weekend? Mine was absolutely fabulous! On Saturday, I was treated to a fashion show by my favorite fashionista, Bea. Sunday was the catch of the day with my awesome fisherman, Spencer. Of course we also had plenty of other things on the Maine agenda but those were the weekend highlights. Can't wait to see what the rest of the week has to offer. Whatever it is, I know the time is going to fly by!

Kind of the opposite of how it goes while waiting on orders! Put a EuroPharma order in a while back but it still hasn't hit the account so I reached out to the rep to try and find out what's going on. On the good news side though, we did get out One Last Cup coffee order. Finally! Hopefully the roaster issue is all fixed now. Unfortunately, the bags are labeled incorrectly, lol. They are however, still available for sale! Or will be as soon as we fix the labels!

Greetings!

From beautiful Surry Maine! Got a big order in yesterday, so a lot of the holes on the shelves are being filled. Unfortunately, there are a lot of things that are unavailable right now. But we will keep working on finding substitutes for as many as we can! For instance, coffee. We had Peace coffee for a good while. And then they went corporate. So we brought in One Last Cup. They are having some setbacks, so we needed analternative. Enter Equal Exchange. They are the oldest organic fair trade coffee company. Give them a try, and let us know your favorites!
