That feeling when all my labs come back normal AGAIN and I get to revel in all I've accomplished with my health πππππππ₯°π₯°π₯°
It can be hard to make the changes necessary to attain your desires, especially in the beginning when you don't have any results yet.
Without that positive reinforcement of results, we have to learn to draw on less tangible motivators to keep striving forward.
This is where my WHY would always come in.
That is, WHY did I want to make these changes & do the hard (and at times even scary!) work?
When it felt really difficult to stay the course, whether that was a dietary change, a behavioral change, coming off a med to replace it with plant medicines, etcβ¦
I would come back to remembering my WHY I began in the first place.
My WHY sustained me.
It is the reason I was unwavering in my commitment to learning and implementing all the things I have to find more balance, more ease, more freedom, more harmony and more strength within my body.
This body, that for a while was always out of balance and showing signs of distress, has now reached a place of homeostasis.
No longer needing prescriptions and infusions to sustainβ¦just doing it all on its own through the natural ways we were meant to support our bodies with.
My WHY has made it am worthwhile.
No, change will not happen overnight.
You have to be open to the journey.
And if you can learn to use YOUR WHY as the fuel to your fire β¦
You'll go further than you ever could have imagined π₯
