Ready for small changes that add up? I’ve put together a simple 3-step checklist to help you build sustainable, healthy habits—no overwhelm, just doable moves you can start today. 🌿

1) Hydration ritual: Start each morning with a glass of water and aim for a refill every 2–3 hours. Track it with a quick tick on your phone or a sticker on a bottle. Benefit: clearer focus and steady energy. 💧

2) 10-minute movement: Pick one short routine—walk, stretch, or bodyweight moves—right after lunch or before dinner. Log it in a calendar or habit app. Benefit: improved mood and mobility. 🚶‍♀️

3) Evening wind-down: Create a 15-minute screen-free ritual (breathwork, light reading, gentle stretch). Check it off nightly. Benefit: deeper sleep and calmer evenings. 🌙
