We are seeking a full-time Service Manager to maintain a growing fleet of medical trailers throughout the Midwest and East Coast. This is an in-office position in our Canton, Ohio office.
Responsibilities:
• Primary intake person for service and repair calls.
• Provide troubleshooting advice to off-site staff members.
• Open and manage service calls with service providers.
• Communicate the progress of open calls to the management team.
• Source service providers and contractors for new locations in various states.
• Coordinate, schedule, and track periodic maintenance on systems/trailers.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation related to systems/trailers.
Qualifications:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with computers (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Mechanically minded, organized, and can work independently.
• Must be detail-oriented with the ability to multitask open service calls.
• Must be able to push, pull, and lift at least 50 lbs.
• Occasional travel.
