I’ve been quiet on here lately, not because anything is wrong or I'm not working. but because summer break with my kids is short, and I’ve been soaking up every single minute I can. Pool days, backyard hangs, slow mornings, sticky popsicle hands … all the stuff that makes life worth it. As a business owner, my work isn't done when my clients leave & a lot of time i sturggle to balance that. Especially during the summer. ☀️

Social media took a back seat (okay, maybe the trunk) 🙃 and honestly, that felt good. But now I’m feeling a little more balanced, I've settled into the new shop and learned to balance my admin time, client time and being a human outside of here. So ’m ready to jump back into sharing what I do here at the studio… even though creating content will never be my favorite part of this industry.

Because here’s the truth: I’m not here to “go viral or build a brand online” I’m here to show up fully for you, my clients. When you’re in my chair or on my table, ✨️ YOU are my focus. Always. ✨️ You won’t find me prioritizing filming over your experience, and you’ll never be treated like a body for social media content creation. You’re a whole human, and I’m honored to be your service provider.

Let me introduce myself ✨️ I'm Libby. ✨️
You might know me as the owner of Libby Yoho Cosmetic Tattoo Studio, but 2025 brought a season of change. (It’s a 9 year, iykyk.) This year, the universe handed me an incredible opportunity with my ol’ lady . Together, we dreamed up - a space where beauty professionals could craft their own brands in a collective studio and salon built on community, creativity, and intention.

I’ve been in the beauty industry since 2009, and my career has taken me through many chapters (brow tattooing, I’m looking at you 👀). I’ve loved every phase but my heart has always been in doing hair. So when Ora D’oro shifted from dream to reality, I reflected deeply on what I wanted my personal space to be and what services I really wanted to focus on to keep my purpose rooted in passion.

I envisioned a laid-back studio filled with color, positive energy, and respect for individuality. A place where luxury is accessible. Where appointments feel like rituals of self-expression. Where haircare is mindful. Where beauty is created with intention. And so, THE RITUALIST was born and I’m beyond stoked.

Every inch of my studio was designed with intention : from the wall colors, music, and scents, to the ingredients in the hair color and the sustainability of every product. It’s a holistic vibe through and through.

I’m an emo punk kid who never really grew up and somehow ended up as a business owner, and I love it. But outside the studio, I’m human too. I’m married to my best friend, Ray. We’ve got two amazing kids, Ava and Jackson (we call him Bubba), and we live in Suffield on a little hobby farm with goats, chickens, and a giant garden. We also have three hairless cats. Yes, I’m a certified crazy cat lady. (Ask me about them at your own risk—I will talk your ear off.) There’s even an oil painting of them hanging on the salon gallery wall—10 points if you can find it.

I can't wait to welcome you into my new space in North Canton. Come experience an appointment that's more than a service. It is a custom ritual created with intentionand a whole lot of fun. 💫
