Is there something you’re proud of in your photography when you get it right?

A few more photos from our Conway adventure. I was a little worried about the full sun photography but I’m really proud of myself for working the settings to grab these! Going from shade to sun is always an adventure!

Orio demoed an AKC Detective run and had a blast! Thank you for letting us play Judge llschloss!

Orio had a blast this weekend demoing some master and detective AKC runs and brought home two excellent exterior cues and one excellent interior cue for her AKC Excellent Interior title! She placed 3rd in one of her exterior runs. I was not worried about speed but precision and it paid off! I love working with this girl every day. She is such a blast!

My AKRACREATIONS ® Outdoor Dog Gear is seriously the best for scent work. It is so comfy I forget I’m wearing it! Code THEHERODOGS

What’s your favorite sea animal?

My son would say a shark for sure. He wants to be a professional shark photographer. I’d have to say a dolphin. They’ve always been one of my favorites.

Orio took a second to hang out with Jaws in downtown Conway the other day. ❤️❤️❤️ What a cool decoration!

Today was a long but fun day. I helped out at the Star City scent trial up in the mountains of Virginia and Orio did her first excellent exterior search and rocked it. Only 4 dogs of 12 cued and she placed 3rd. It was a beautiful run and I was proud of myself for playing an active part in her pretty run. I’m training and learning that once you hit upper levels, you do need to not just be the human holding the leash. I can’t wait to play again Sunday!

After we took a beautiful walk at the bottom of the mountain. And now we are off the dinner.

Peep the new Jiby Dog Crew that is out NOW! Don’t forget to use our code THEHERODOGS if you grab one for a discount! 😊❤️

Part two of our must packs for this road trip! We will be spending most nights in a hotel or someone’s house, but we did want to be prepared for some car sleeping. I grabbed the KingCamp blanket and Klymit pillow from Sierra for our trip. I also picked up some Feetures and Merrell socks for the trip. Taking care of your feet is very important when you’re on them as much as I am!

And, as always, Tucker’s Raw coming in with an easy way to continue feeding raw on our trip! 🙌🙌🙌 *gifted

What else do you hope we packed for this cross country road trip? 😂😂😂
