Books for 2026 open TOMORROW Oct 15!! Keep an eye out for the post incase I never show up in the algorithm again.
I’m not sure which took longer completing Anneliese’s frog sleeve or going thru the photos and making this post. We finished this about a year ago and were able to show it in Paris, I love how bright and detailed it came out, super fun project! Some process photos to come.

This is what I do in Tahoe late winter every year. I tattoo, I ride, I go down to Mammoth, I go to Grass Valley I bike, and I cherish every moment hanging out with my friends. So good to see everyone this year!

Another wonderful Mondial du Tatouage. It was an inspiring, humbling, and just a super fun weekend. I was really happy to see Anneliese share her sleeve up on stage with Filip Leu, he was one of my earliest inspirations, his work showed me that you could think outside the box and create beautiful and unique pieces at time where artists didn’t dare. Lots of thanks to everyone who helped out this year, it really made it special.

We started this Kitsune piece in 2015. 9 years ago we got about 70% done, this year we got to complete it. It’s interesting to think this was designed before the shift into iPad pros, I sketched with colerase pencils, hard lined with graphite, and my color mockup was done on vellum with prisma color pencils! It was time consuming but art was really unique that way. And even though my technical ability in tattooing improves over time, I always appreciate the artistry in the designs.
