Summertime is the best time to flow outside! I'll be hosting a six week outdoor yoga series at two locations every Thursday, July 9th- August 13th.
9:30am at Honey and Stem Farm in Fryeburg, ME
5pm Gazebo at The North Conway Community Center

Birthfit has been so fun and full we are adding a second day at the community center. We'll be there every Wednesday and Friday at 9:30am.

Yomassage is back! Twice a month I'll be offering a deeply restorative Saturday morning class. It is a massage based restorative yoga class. In each posture you will receive several minutes of bodywork along with aromatherapy and end with a meditation.

Our Sauna, Soak & Massage group experience is designed for 4–6 guests to relax, reconnect, and unwind together as you rotate through our private infrared sauna, warm foot soaks, and massage sessions.

Whether you’re planning a girls’ day, celebrating a special occasion, or looking for a meaningful way to treat your team, this experience creates space to slow down and recharge together. We especially love this for teachers, healthcare workers, and teams who spend so much time caring for others and deserve time to be cared for too.

Motherhood was never meant to be done alone. 🤍

BirthFit isn't just a workout class. It’s a space to reconnect with your body, move intentionally, and build community with other moms in the same season of life.

Whether you’re currently pregnant or navigating postpartum, you are welcome here.

Join us Fridays from 9:30–10:30 AM at the North Conway Community Center for movement, support, and connection.

After class, moms are invited to stay for our New Moms Walking Group beginning right after at 10:45 AM!

Drop-in classes are $20, with package options available.

Infants are welcome to stay with mom during class, while childcare for walking children is available across the hall for $5 per child with advance reservation.

Please make sure to reserve both your class spot and childcare ahead of time on our website, as space is limited. We can’t wait to move with you.

Infrared Sauna or Wood-fired Sauna?

Both offer warmth, relaxation, and a chance to slow down; but the experience is a little different. Traditional wood-fired saunas heat the air around you to create that intense, steamy heat. Infrared saunas use infrared light to gently warm the body directly, often at a lower, more comfortable temperature.

Many people love infrared saunas for the deep, relaxing sweat without the overwhelming heat. It can feel more approachable for longer sessions, post-workout recovery, stress relief, or simply taking a quiet moment for yourself.

Did you know that we offer postpartum outcall massage?

This client saw us through her entire pregnancy and on the first day she came home from the hospital we had the honor of welcoming her and offering her body and mind relief from an intense birth experience. In the first few weeks some moms will come to us or we go to them to offer therapeutic touch.

This practice is nothing new. Women have been caring for other women during and post birth since the beginning of time. In some cultures there are practices of bodywork everyday for a month after she gives birth.

We love being able to offer this service in the valley.

Our bodies hold so much; especially through the cycles and rhythms of womanhood. Abdominal massage is a gentle, intentional practice that supports both digestive and reproductive health, helping to ease discomfort, reduce tension, and encourage natural flow within the body.

This work can be especially supportive for those experiencing menstrual pain, cycle irregularities, or simply looking to reconnect with their core in a more mindful way. Focusing on abdominal massage is about creating space for balance, awareness, and deeper connection within.
