With a full heart, I am excited to share this new chapter of yoga with you all. I will be transferring all further updates and class offerings to my personal social media accounts. With this change I am hoping to share more of how I live life through yoga and by the teachings it provides. Yoga is more than a class we take weekly, it shapes and guides our path towards one of joy and compassion. Thank you all for all the support you have shown and continue to show. My main account is tagged in this post. I am looking forward to continuing this journey with you all 🙏🏼☀️

Today I affirm my sense of belonging, in all meanings of the word. I trust, I believe, I know I belong because I simply am. My presence is a declaration my self worth and with me I bring the truths and values that are held within the hands of creation. My actions, words, and thoughts are aligned with the cosmic law of the Divine. I see all humans and living beings as part of this greater family that is bigger than my immediate understanding of the word, the earth being our home. 💛🌎

It is time to open ourselves to our fullest capacity. What does it look like to love another? What does it feel like to show kindness to strangers? Each day I make the conscious choice to give to gifts. Whether it’s to someone I know or someone I will never see again, I give a gift. Sometimes it’s a hug, a word of encouragement, an item I know they’ve been needing, paying for the persons coffee in line behind me, or silently wishing goodwill to the people I pass on streets. Instead of searching for love, I become the source of it, and in effect I see and feel the love from the world given back to me. Whether it’s from students, friends, family, or a stranger just taking the time to smile back, I recognize the love being given to me each day with complete gratitude for its existence. Trusting that as I continue to contribute to the source of love, the source of love continues to give back.

I live in the present moment because it is the only place where action is real.
Outcomes belong to the future; my responsibility is the quality of my attention now.
I release attachment not by indifference, but by participation without control.
I act with care, then allow life to respond in its own way.
Uncertainty is not a problem to solve—it is the condition of being alive.
When I trust this, I move with greater ease and less fear.
By directing my attention intentionally—toward breath, effort, and awareness—I cultivate peace, happiness, and a sense of purpose that does not depend on results.

Guided by the mantra “Om Vardhanam Namah”, this intention helps us open our hearts to the ebbs and flows of life. Helping us to find contentment and acceptance for all the unplanned conditions that come with life. We are still able to experience gratitude for the simple gift of life.

Today I expand my capacity to perceive goodness in the world. I look beyond what I traditionally see and learn more about the reality before me. I take my time to remove the lenses of my perception, shifting through the vast layers of reality all being experienced in my single point of awareness. I choose to remain focused on the source of goodness in front of me. I know as I keep my eyes fixed on the highest good, the highest good will be done on to me and those around me. My attention to awareness is not ignorant to the fact that suffering does and will continue to exist, but instead gives me strength, hope, and faith that more good is to come. My reality then becomes the testament of goodness, that it exists and will continue to exist. Through my actions and words, I share the good I find with appreciation and gratitude.

Today, let your practice be to freely share your light with the world.
Move through each moment rooted in ahimsa, choosing kindness in every interaction and gentleness in every exchange.
Honor the truth of what is—satya—and allow it to guide how you show up, fully present and open-hearted.
From this presence, offer loving service—seva—not by doing more, but by being here with sincerity and care.
Let your attention be a gift.
Let your warmth be felt.
Let appreciation flow through your words, your actions, and even your silence.
This is living yoga.
This is how light expands—by being shared. ✨

Today I practice Ishvara Pranidhana—the sacred art of surrender.
In yoga philosophy, surrender is not passive; it is a conscious offering of trust. I align my intentions, actions, and desires with love and light, knowing they arise from the deepest truth within me.
I act with devotion and clarity, then release my attachment to outcomes. What unfolds is no longer a measure of success or failure, but an expression of divine intelligence moving through my life. When my efforts are rooted in love, I trust that their results—seen or unseen—serve the highest good.
By surrendering to the Divine Creator, I meet each experience through divine eyes. I soften into presence, allowing even uncertainty to reveal its wisdom. In every moment, I recognize love at work, light guiding my path, and grace shaping what is becoming.
Today, I trust the unfolding.
I move with intention, act in alignment, and surrender the rest—held always in love and light. ✨🕊️

✨ February: 28 Days of Loving Intention ✨

This month I’ve been contemplating how deeply our choices shape our lives. There is quiet power in recognizing what is within our control, what is not, and getting clear about what we truly value. From that clarity, we can take inspired action with trust and intention—but it starts with honestly examining where our choices come from.

At the root, most choices arise from one of two places: love or fear. Even when emotions feel complex, they often trace back to these core drivers. In yoga philosophy, the kleshas—ignorance, ego, attachment, aversion, and fear—describe the patterns that cloud our awareness and contribute to suffering. When we become willing to notice our suffering and our role in it, we open the door to transformation.

All beings share a longing for attention, acceptance, affection, and appreciation. When we consciously offer these to ourselves first, our capacity to extend them to others grows naturally. Love becomes less of an idea and more of a way of being.

This February, I invite you into a practice of loving intention aligned with the spiritual law of giving and receiving. Choose love over fear. Choose acceptance over judgment. Offer attention and appreciation freely. The energy you cultivate within will ripple outward into the world around you. 💛
