Make sure to rinse off within 1 to 3 hours if you do the rapid instant bronze and if you do the gradual clear our recommendation is anywhere from 8 to 12 hours to rinse off if you leave it on longer you can risk it looking orange and if you rinse it off too soon it might not develop all the way!
Ps the color will literally go down the drain with the rapid because it has a cosmetic component to it but your tan will still develop after rinse off you just don't need to keep the spray on as long!

So, fun anecdote before I dive into promo making here at the airport.

I will never say no to dinner 😋

So when I was invited to dinner after I landed in NYC I obviously said YES. The wine was delicious and the snap pea entree I ordered was to die for. 🙃

Little did I know that entree would creep up on me as I slept and woke up to stomach issues from hell. Thankfully the team was leaving a little late than normal cause I was not leaving the bathroom at the time we were supposed to be leaving. 🤮

The shop at the hotel didn't have ANYTHING to receive stomach issues but my savior, Kiki, was fully stocked on all things tummy.

I sucked it up until it was my turn to talk, was able to keep water down all day but then tried lemon cucumber water which made my stomach very angry. I was saying goodbye to the team to go to my lecture and had to run to the bathroom. Neon pink pepto bismol cucumber flavored spew, luckily in the toilet. I grabbed some mints from the speakers lounge and powered through my lecture.

I am so glad I recovered with some rest and door dashed lemongrass chicken pho and was able to kick ass the next day of the summit!

So when you see me rocking it on stage just now I was fighting for my life.

Luckily the rest of the food was perfect 👌

Lesson learned, bring tons of tummy meds! Oh and don't procrastinate to use the redwave bed cause that really helped, especially with my swollen airplane legs!
