🏋️♂️ SUMMER ATHLETE PERFORMANCE PROGRAM 🏃♂️
Parents: Is your athlete interested in getting stronger and faster but doesn’t know where to start?
Our Summer Athlete Performance Program is designed for athletes entering grades 7-9 who want to build strength, improve athleticism, and learn how to train safely and effectively.
Over 12 small-group training sessions, athletes will learn:
✅ Proper lifting technique
✅ Gym safety and confidence
✅ Strength training fundamentals
✅ Plyometric training and landing mechanics
✅ Speed and agility fundamentals
✅ Recovery and training habits
Unlike many youth training programs, our focus isn’t just on getting athletes tired—we’re teaching them the foundational skills and knowledge they can use throughout their athletic careers.
