🌹🌹🌹There is something magical about Rosa rugosa...
She grows where few others choose to live, kissing the sandy ocean shores, dancing with salt winds, and thriving beneath the summer sun. Rooted in the liminal space where land meets sea, she stands as a bridge between worlds, gathering the wisdom of tides, wind, and earth.
To me, Rosa rugosa is the goddess of the plant world—her presence embodies love, beauty, gentleness, and quiet strength. Her soft fragrance and delicate petals carry a nurturing vibration that invites us to slow down, soften, and remember the beauty that surrounds us.
Each summer I gather her petals and carefully dry them for use throughout the year. They find their way into infused oils, ingredients which make up my Rose Toner, creams, botanical skincare preparations and tea blends
