A recent outbreak of highly infectious 😁 smiles has been linked to an establishment in North Liberty.

Mr Keith Simmonds, Licensed Massage Therapist, has been using a combination of carefully selected music, jovial banter and relaxing massage techniques on unsuspecting Iowans.
