Hydrate for your health! Here's an easy Homemade Electrolyte Drink for
rehydration for colds, flu, & physical exertion.
Ingredients for one serving:
1 Cup water coconut water 🥥🫗
1 Cup filtered water
Juice of ½ lemon or lime🍋
¼ tsp sea salt OR pink Himalayan salt (or just a pinch – to your liking)
1 Tsp raw honey (local if possible)🐝🍯
Optional: Fresh ginger for warmth 🫚
Instructions
*Mix ingredients into a jar or cup with a lid and shake well to combine.

*Store in the fridge for up to one week.
