In this special 75-minute session, Lisa and Rachel guide participants through a yoga flow incorporating yin yoga and the ancient practice of Thai Yoga Massage. Thai massage combines stretching and energy work to improve range of motion, relieve the nervous system, and reduce muscle tension. Participants will leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Please be prepared for teachers to provide hands-on assistance during this class.

A hip-opening pose is a yoga posture that stretches the muscles around the hip joint and pelvis, including the buttocks, hamstrings, inner thighs, groin, and abdomen. By stretching and strengthening these muscles, you will be able to increase mobility and range of motion freely and comfortably through your poses. Each class will begin with gentle hip-opening vinyasa flow (poses). These gentle poses will prepare you for a continued sequence of deepening yin stretches. Class will conclude with a variety of pampering and restorative poses. The Happy Hip class includes, but is not limited to, Flow/Yin/Restore (yoga), hot stones to massage and soothe, weighted sandbags, bolsters, and cooling lavender towels.

Stay hydrated & cool this summer ☀️ 😎 with a homemade electrolyte drink.

Hydrate for your health! Here's an easy Homemade Electrolyte Drink for
rehydration for colds, flu, & physical exertion.
Ingredients for one serving:

1 Cup water coconut water 🥥🫗
1 Cup filtered water
Juice of ½ lemon or lime🍋
¼ tsp sea salt OR pink Himalayan salt (or just a pinch – to your liking)
1 Tsp raw honey (local if possible)🐝🍯
Optional: Fresh ginger for warmth 🫚
Instructions
*Mix ingredients into a jar or cup with a lid and shake well to combine.
(this recipe fits perfectly in a pint mason jar)

*Store in the fridge for up to one week.

*The Juice of Lime, Lemon, or Orange – all are fantastic choices!
