My name is Liat Nadler, and I am a clinical nutritionist, but I am also a wife, mother, and person who has dealt with chronic health struggles. Through my own journey of discovering a whole-food, plant-based diet, I was able to naturally treat many of my ailments including rosacea, energy loss, and severe migraines. I am confident that a dietary change will help you too—regardless of your medical conditions. Let’s start by discussing your routines, moods, and concerns with the goal of getting to the root of what is affecting you. Together, we will work to find natural foods and the necessary nutrition changes that will help you feel, perform, and look better. Fabulous Healing was founded by me, Liat Nadler. I have a Masters of Science in Nutrition from the National University of Natural Medicine and am a Board Certified Nutritionist licensed by the Washington State Department of Health. When you revisit the same decision over and over, you end up spending a lot of energy deciding and very little energy doing.

A clear decision creates clarity.

Clarity creates consistency.

Consistency creates results.

Sometimes changing a single word changes the way you show up every day.

There’s something I want you to know about waiting.

Waiting feels reasonable.

You want the kids to settle down.
The work project to finish.
The vacation to be over.
The holidays to pass.
The stress to calm down.

You tell yourself you’ll focus on your health when life gets a little easier.

I get it.

But I’ve been having this conversation with women for years, and I’ve noticed something:

Life never actually gets less busy.

One thing ends.
Something else takes its place.

The women who get results aren’t the women who found the perfect time.

They’re the women who decided to start in the middle of real life.

While working.
While traveling.
While taking care of aging parents.
While navigating perimenopause.
While feeling tired.

Because three years pass either way.

And three years from now, you can be living in a body that has more energy, better labs, fewer symptoms, and a lot more confidence…

Or you can still be waiting for things to slow down.

Most of the women I talk to aren’t missing information.

They’re waiting for a green light that never comes.
