I want to talk about the word “restriction” for a second because I think it gets used wrong a lot.

When people find out I do not eat grains, gluten or dairy they immediately jump to “that’s too strict for me.”

👀 Take a look at the comment section to see photos of meals I eat… and then you tell me if it looks restrictive.

What you call restriction, I call the reason I do not have flares anymore. The reason that my energy is stable and I don’t deal with high cortisol daily. The reason my immune system is not in firefighter mode 24 hours a day. The reason I don’t constantly bloat or break out.

I reversed my own inflammatory condition through food and now I want to help other women do the same. Women who are tired of being told their labs are normal while they feel anything but. Women who are done chasing symptoms and ready to actually figure out what is going on.

This is what eating for your immune system actually looks like. And it is not sad.

I think you’d be shocked to know we can heal all of it with your nutrition. It might not be eating ice cream or pizza weekly but it will fix your problem if that’s what you’re looking for.

Trying to THINK your way out of stress is your problem. This is where ACTION needs to be taken. Where are you avoiding? Get in a program with a healthy routine and start taking action toward your goals. This will immediately cause a shift in your nervous system. Then, it’s up to you to manage it. Tight hips are one of the most overlooked symptoms in women dealing with chronic stress, autoimmune conditions, and anxiety. The psoas muscle (the one that runs through your hips) is literally called the muscle of the soul because it holds onto stress and trauma responses your nervous system never fully released.

So yes. I walk like a runway model down my back road. It opens the hips, activates the glutes, and apparently concerns my neighbors.

Save this for the next time someone asks why you’re walking like a lunatic. You’re just doing nervous system work. 🖤
