☀️Step into a gently heated space (90-95 degrees) to cultivate warmth, presence, and energy. This yoga class is welcome to all levels, from beginner to experienced, and combines mindful movement, steady holds, and breathwork to help you build internal heat, release tension, and move with intention. The pace is supportive and unhurried, allowing you to tune in, connect with your body, and make the practice your own.

☀️Enjoy the benefits of practicing in a warm room using far-infrared heat, including easing muscle tightness, supporting circulation, and promoting mental clarity, all in a welcoming space for all levels.

A cozy reprieve where the nervous system can soften and the body can exhale.

Yoga here isn’t about pushing, performing, or perfecting. It’s about creating safety in the body, regulating the nervous system, and remembering that you don’t have to carry everything alone. Each class is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeper, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels supportive and accessible.

Right outside our front door is a sign that reflects our values. A reminder that this is a safe and inclusive space for all bodies, all identities, all cultures, all beliefs, all ages. A place where community matters and belonging is felt, not just spoken.

✨ Tonight we gathered in the quiet stillness of the season to honor the Winter Solstice, the longest night of the year and the gentle turning back toward the light.

Through intentional rest, reflection, journaling, meditation, candle lighting, and silence, we created space to release what no longer serves and to listen deeply to what remains. No rushing, no fixing, just presence, warmth, and community.

The solstice reminds us that rest is not a pause from life, it is part of the rhythm of it. From darkness comes clarity. From stillness comes renewal. And from slowing down, we return to ourselves.

Thank you to everyone who shared this sacred space with us.

Glo-Yoga last night was such a vibe ✨
Music, lights glowing, bodies moving, and the energy in the room felt playful, freeing, and alive.

This class was about letting go of expectations, getting out of your head, and simply moving in a way that feels good. No pressure. No perfection. Just breath, rhythm, and a little glow magic.
